( There have been rumors floating around lately. A suspicious child running around, stealing the food that merchants have displayed to sell, roaming around in clothes that seem unfamiliar to anyone. While others have warned Zelda to be careful, she can't help but be skeptical of such warnings. After all, this is a child -- and one that may very well be without a choice but to steal from others.
Besides, there's... more to the story. The child had been seemingly and appearing and reappearing for reasons unheard of. It's to the point where some people even think that it's a ghost.
Those reasons are more than enough to motivate Zelda to step forward. Rather than having the child deal with consequences that may be unreasonable, she'd prefer to step forward and determine the situation for herself. Besides, if there's some sort of magic that she hasn't seen before, she'd like to ask him about face-to-face. Perhaps some may call her foolish for attempting to handle this on her own, but she's confident that she can handle this much on her own.
Besides, Link has set off with his own goals in mind -- ones that are of importance. For now, she'll at least investigate this alone.
As of right now, she's at one of the numerous stables built in Hyrule, asking travelers and merchants if they had seen any suspicious happenings, only to stop when something catches the corner of her eyes.
With furrowed brows, she looks to where she had only just caught sight of a small child quickly running behind one of the corners of the building. Politely excusing herself, she begins to take off in the direction where she had seen them run off to. )
