[They are scratched up and bloody, and yet their clothes appear to be very fine and expensive. The Human has long, well cared for hair with an elaborate hairpin holding it in place, which is visible because he is face down in the dirt, not moving.]

You poor thing.
He doesn't think or the why or how as to why he was injured. The only thing he thinks to do is to help. Lowering himself against the other, a warm and gentle light will fill Shadow Milk at his very core. It's only moments, but his wounds will begin to close -- any traces of injury leaving him.
He doesn't know why he's hurt, but he'll allow shelter for as long as he needs. )
